[problem] column headings disappear when layers scrolled

I notice that if you have more layers (rows) than fit on the screen, and you scroll down, the column headers (eg column1, column2, etc) scroll of the screen and are not visible. This is a problem, since I use them to trigger 'scenes' ie all the clips in a column at the same time.

Can you please fix this, and also the ability to move the divider between the layers and the comp/layer/clip panels below?
