working with midi controlers

hi i have been working with korg nano kontrol on avenue, works fine , it is a small , practical tool for controling your knobs and sliders, the issue is sliders do not work correctly at all , it jumps from begining to the end bur does not slide softly . does anybody know why??

yeah,
i have the same midi controler and i have the same problem with it.
there seems to be some sort of a delay...
