exporting from adobe premiere

hi,
i edit my clips on adobe premiere cs3.
i just wanted to know what are the best export setting i can get for the highest quality.
i ofcourse use the dxv codec, but what about the resoultion, pixel aspect ratio, frame rate interlacing ect.?

use apple quicktime .mov file format for exporting from CS3. All my VJ content is exported out as Standard DVD format 720x480 resolution but my source clips to be exported are HD resolution for top quality control. Hope that helps you out.
