I have a HP DV2000 notebook with 4GB of memory and processor 64BIT.
I used the Resolume2.4.1. Last week I installed ResolumeAvenue and am having serious problems with overheating of my laptop.
The processor heats up and lock my computer, and this did not happen when I used the Resolume2.4.1.
I know that the new version is more advanced, and probably consumes more processing, but should not warm enough to catch my laptop.
Someone else is having this same problem? Do you have any configuration that I can do to reduce the consumption of the processor?
Thank you!

Re: ResolumeAvenue overheat the processor
Hey Peralta
Resolume Avenue is designed to take full advantage of the graphics card of your computer. I couldn't find the exact model of the graphics card of your laptop, but it looks like it has a lower end, shared memory one in there (http://www.notebookcheck.nl/NVIDIA-GeFo ... 795.0.html). This is probably causing your system to overload.
