Guys, I'm finding my feet with a demo of RA3.1 at the moment, as I'm really wanting to finish up with GrandVj.
However, I can't seem to use two identical cameras in Resolume.
The cameras are the HD Microsoft LifeCam Cinemas, and they work perfectly as two separate cameras in all native Windows 7 programs, and in Arkaos (appearing as LifeCam #1 and LifeCam #2). However in Resolume, only one instance of the camera appears. Is there a workaround for this?
Live camera work is a big part of our shows, so this is a fundamental for us.
Many thanks,
Fordy

Re: Two Identical Webcams in Resolume?
I just bought separate models for all the cameras I needed. I could never get 2x of the same kind to work.
Re: Two Identical Webcams in Resolume?
Thanks for that. I don't really want to have to change all the cameras I have, just so they play nicely together. If that's what I need to do, I'll certainly consider it but I'm hoping there's an easier fix - After all, they both work in other programs OK.
The odd thing is, they both appear under "Sources" in RA3.1, but both the listed cameras seem to activate the same one camera.
Regarding other cams: The Lifecam cinema works perfectly under Windows 7 and has a very sensitive chip - perfect for lowlight conditions. I don't know of other webcams that do the same.
Again, any help is much appreciated!
