Did we lose the option to deinterlace live sources?

I could swear we used to be able to deinterlace stuff, but now the option is gone! Was it a feature at one point or did I dream it up? Why did it go away, if so?

It's still there - If the live source is assigned to a cell, double click the tab for the cell and the properties will appear, including the de-interlace button...

Double click, should be right click -> settings.
