Does this card work for video capturing? or I need something else?

hi elz

i have a g550 - i don't think there is a g550 that has video capture - i also have a g450eTV which has video in-video out + TV tuner, but i can't get the capture to work in Resolume.
DV seems to work best with resolume if you want to mix in a live feed.
If you just want to capture video, there are a whole bunch of cheap video-in cards out there including ati all-in-wonders, geforce's, and PCI capture cards.
There's also a lot of very expensive ones if you want broadcast quality.

i hve a G450 + a hauppuage capture card...resloume sees the capture card but there is no live feed coming thru and i can't change any of the parameters (format etc..) using a good quality hi-8 camera....

any ideas??
