Avenue and extrnal source like MOTU HD-SDI or MATROX MXo2

I have a troubles with MOTU HDX-SDI. I cant run it in OSX. Using Snow Tiger on macbooc pro with the latest MOTU drivers & firmware.
Does anyone know how to resolve this??!
