Hi everyone,
I was playing around with resolume and wondering if it recognize multiply audio channels. As to say.... I want to trigger or scale a video only based on freq. from the audio channel comming from the drummer of the band. And another video from a guitar line and so on... maybe up to 8, that would be great.
Ok I can work on the frequency from a master line but definitly not the same.... Do you think there's a way out.
Thanks to everybody
peace

Multiply Audio Channel control
Re: Multiply Audio Channel control
Hey Mikkel
Once an audio signal enters your computer via one input, it is very hard to separate different instruments, since all the frequencies will have blended together.
In order to make something like this work, you'd need a way to get truly separated signals from the instruments in to your computer, for instance via an external sound card.
Hope that answers your question.

Just route the different mics into different channels in your DAW.
