Resolume3 screen capture or screenwebcam driver ?

is there any way to get the video of other app into resolume3 ? like screencapture of res 2.4 ?
i want to get the video of a few vvvv patches and others apps and i cant find any of those softwares to do it, i need somethink live e2esoft but the fps its very low and it can folow a wiindows if you move it... any advice ?

vhscreencap works fine for me.

you can now use fugstream plugins to stream from vvvv.

dep and how do i "open" the video in resolume 3 ? ( i almost brake my head agaist the wall tring to do it with res 2.41 )
