for the first time I must make a loop for resolume with sound and video...
What is the better way for do it?

Can I put a video with DXV codec and an uncompressed (linear PCM) .wav file sample rate of 44,100 kHz and a bit depth of 16 bit in the same file?

Yes you can have an audio and video track in the same file. Although we mainly suggest creating a seperate file for the audio.
