BPM Sync: smaller values than 1 beat
BPM Sync: smaller values than 1 beat
How to play a clip (video only) which is BPM synced, 4 times per beat? Or even more often? If you play the whole clip, in most cases it would not make much sense, as the clip is too long. But playing just a part of a clip, I'm looking for a way to play this tiny part (used the Resolume trim function) x-times per beat. I've tried to decrement the beats value, but unfortunately it's not possible to go below 1. Any ideas how to play a part of a video more than one times per beat?

simply over the timeline function...
or just use 240 instead of 120 bpm for example

Re: BPM Sync: smaller values than 1 beat
As Herrnieda said, the simplest way to do this is to multiply your BPM by 2 or more. Another way which is less accurate, is to add audio to the clip, and then switch to BPM sync instead of beat sync. That way you can set the clip BPM to be very low, causing it to play back very fast.
I hope that makes sense!

Thanks for your reply!
Timeline is not an option
Doubling the BPM is what I've already done (110 -->220) - as a workaround - but then (surprise, surprise) everything else runs twice as fast. And adjusting 20+ clips and FX is really a pain!
I'll try the "add audio" option... does it mean I have to add an audio clip with 110 BPM and then just use the clip's BPM?
