you can´t trigger clips, like you do on the Akai apc 40, for example!!

I think the Nano series by Korg is pretty nice for starters. NanoKontrol + NanoPad = 90€+shipping
I wouldn't say triggering on a BCR2000 is comparable to an AKAI APC40. Almost sounds as if you were working for Behringer  But I have to admit I just hate those Behringer plastic boxes.
Oh and the Behringer is about 4—5 times the size of a Nano controler ;)

personaly, i prefer the evolution uc33 to all of the other ones mentioned - it has knobs, faders and a few assignable buttons which none of the others provide in one unit. mine has lasted me 6 years or so and still works.

+1 for the UC33. Good one and probably a good deal @ ebay.

Not true, on the BCR2000 the top row of rotary knobs and the 2 rows of buttons beneath can be used as clip triggers (the top rotary knobs are also push buttons)... so that's 24 clip triggers, plus some of the other buttons on the lower right can be used in the same way.

Agree with Tschoepler, it's a bulky solution... I've long since switched to Nanopads.

I has the BCR and I was telling about the practicity of the Apc 40, Of course you can trigger clips even with the rotary encoders at the top...

I guess I was misundertood!!!
