Film Bleach VFX missing since R3.0.0

I had to dial back to R3.0.0 installer to find this plugin - has it been omitted for a reason, or in error?

Back in the fold and bleaching away It must have been a long vacation because it's looking pretty bleached now.

Indeed. Any chance anyone could post it somewhere online? Am on slow connection, a bit of hassle to download the old installer just to do this.

With Resolume 3.3.0 I recently switched from WinXP to MacOS and I also miss the "film bleach" plugin. After I read craftycurate's post I installed version 3.0.0 on the mac but I did not find it in the plugins folder. Does the "film bleach" plugin only exist for windows or am I missing something?
