Saturation is both positive and negative

Post by olivepixel »

At the moment it seems that the Saturation effect only desaturates. To achieve a saturation increase you need to use the Sat. Scale control in Hue rotate, and if you want things to get nice and messy you need to stack a few copies of the effect.

Would it be possible to have two sliders, one for positive saturation and one for negative saturation within the saturation effect?

Coming from the bleak and grey Netherlands, we're used to the de-saturated and bleach bypass looks. Lots of colour just hurts our eyes ;-)

Jokes aside, a saturation filter that can't actually saturate is indeed confusing. I'll put it on the list.
