Can't get Trigger Finger to map

I have an M-Audio Trigger Finger. I can't get any MIDI mapping to respond. It shows in the OSX MIDI Device utility and I get messages scrolling in a MIDI Monitor utility I run. But Resolume seems to have no sign of it, other than it shows in the MIDI Pref panel (and is checked off).

Running 3.3 on MacBook with OSX 10.5.8.

This may be a silly question, but in the midi prefs, have you tried checking it on?

make sure u have the latest Mac OS X 10.6.4 update...
