photo jpeg to 720p 30fps

trying to make promo reel.

When I record i resolume i get a photo jpeg that is 10fps. every time i place file in FCP and try to convert to 720p 30fps, the video output is sped up 3x the original speed.

how would i go about converting

No way you can make 30 out of 12 frames per second. You need the recording to be at that rate. I would suggest using camstudio (or any other capturing software) set your output to something like 640x480 (window mode) and record just that window's content.

what is the best MAc Screen Capture app. found a couple,but willing to take suggestions.

I'd say ScreenFlow. But I am not a Mac fan boy I admit :mrgreen:

Syphon seems to be a cool new futur app that might be able to record or send to a capture app like edit software, would lov to have this baby on windows :o

I really like SnapzPro, but opinions are really divided. Just give all the demos a try, and then see which one suits you. Also, you can do fullscreen capture in Snow Leopard these days.
