After Effects Clips running not so smoothly

Hello! I've composited a DXV movie within After Effects; motion blur is enabled (which has made an improvement!) for my 9 layers. The clip is short, like 3 seconds; It's been rendered with just RGB and NO alpha channel. My problem is that the clip is still playing "chunkily". In Resolume, all I'm playing is this single clip, 1 layer only! I'm totally lost and don't know why this clip is not as smooth as it should be. Help please! I'm going to try to render with alpha and see if this makes a diff...

Upload the file or a part of it. That would be the fastest way to make sure it's not your system'S fault.
