Demo doesn't work

Hello,
I'm trying the demo and the manual says that you have all the possebilities, except for an voice that says "Resolume Avenue" and a Resolume mark on my visuals.
But when I want to put my own loops into the bank, it's just black and empty, so I have nothing to play.
It pretty weird, I can't use Resolume at this time for my visuals and I have a gig this Friday :S
Has anyone an idea why this is and how to fix it?
I already downloaded it again (twice) and tried other versions, always with the same out come.

Thanks for giving Resolume a try! If the demo files are functioning correctly, my first guess would be that your problem is codec related. What sort of file are you trying to load (extension, resolution, length, codec etc)?
