Hi....
I've looked through the manual and searched the forum (via google) for the answer to this, but haven't really had much luck. Apologies if this has already been addressed, but I have a couple MIDI questions.
1)key map box doesnt show me min/max value options when i attempt to assign a slider/pot, for instance, to the beat ratio to set loops to (like, when i assign a pot to this control, the slightest turn of the knob sends the value skyrocketing to like 5,000).
2)can i set one universal button to scrub for any clip that's selected on a layer? same for beat ratio, triggering a particular clip space regardless of what deck is selected... I'd like to be able to scrub along the timeline of whichever clips i selected in a given layer without having to assign the same slider to every individual clip. I imagine the answer to this question will help me to understand how I can do the same thing for effects and other things.
Thank you!

Re: MIDI question
I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. The number of beats a clip will play in should be limited to 4096. Maybe a screenshot of the function you're referring to will help?1)key map box doesnt show me min/max value options when i attempt to assign a slider/pot, for instance, to the beat ratio to set loops to (like, when i assign a pot to this control, the slightest turn of the knob sends the value skyrocketing to like 5,000).
A button to scrub will not work, since buttons send values between 0-127. But a rotary should work fine. Just map the rotary at the Application Mapping in Layer focus, then any clip you make active will respond to the rotary.2)can i set one universal button to scrub for any clip that's selected on a layer? same for beat ratio, triggering a particular clip space regardless of what deck is selected... I hope that helps!
