Is there a "self contain" save option?

Post by ethyleneglycol »

Total noob here:

I have been creating my Resolume/Ableton compositions on my studio setup. Now it's time to move them to my live rig. What is the easiest way to do this?

Does Resolume Avenue have a "self-contain" save option ala Reason/Record, or a "save as zip" feature ala FL Studio? I haven't found it, but...

For those of you who are unfamiliar with this feature, it saves a copy of the files used in the project (audial and visual) with the actual project.

Thanks.

Longer answer:

We are aware how useful a function like this would be, but it can result in people moving insane amounts of data at the click of a button. To program it so it is fool proof is another challenge entirely. Longer story short: there already is a feature request for this, and a thread on it here: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=5823
