Trouble mapping BCF2000 fader

I reset the bcf2000 before hand, and also did a recalibration. the same problem persists. I'm frustrated to the point of debating selling this pile of junk and getting a proper fader

I can't say I've got a lot of love for Behringer either. If anyone wants three BCR2000s that all started failing the same way on every OS and every computer, give me a ring

But seriously, why not try to download a trial of Live or Traktor or (heaven forbid) GrandVJ and see if it does the same thing there? Then you know for sure whether or not you can toss it in the bin or if we need to check on our side of things. It sounds like it's in relative mode or something though.
