[resolved] Resolume and shutter

Hi everybody,
I have bought three license of Resolume 3.3.1 and one license of Resolume DMX. My problem is:
I have a VP with an external DMX shutter and, 30 meters further, my computer.
I control Resolume with a midi interface (Akai APC20).
I have an Enttec DMX USB Pro.
But, how to control my shutter with the Akai in Resolume ? I have read that Resolume doesn't have DMX out...

My show starts in five days... Help me please !

Hey Jenepy

As you mention, Resolume 3 doesn't have DMX out. So you can't control your shutters from within the interface. You don't mention other specifics of your setup, such as whether you have a DMX console to control Resolume, but the Enttec can be used by most DMX software as an output as well. So one possible solution would be that you have some DMX control software running in the background, which is controlled with your APC40.

I hope that one day, Resolume has an output DMX !
