Ever since Resolume Avenue came out, I've been really enjoying using it. The problem is my pretty basic setup - Laptop, APC40, VGA splitter. I have neither professional, nore consumer-grade recording hardware, I don't output in PAL Resolution, so I'm pretty much unable to get a decent recording of my livesets.
Is it imaginable to implement a recording function similar to module8? Beeing able to record all your actions while playing live to a XML-File and rendering it when you come home would be the best feature imaginable for Resolume Avenue!
Record to XML, render later
Re: Record to XML, render later
Hey
This has been requested before, and is on the list of possible features ('#1173 offline render'). We'll be adding OSC out in Res4 which will open up some possibilities in this area, but the full feature will probably take a while longer to implement.

I remember reading this thread back then, but now that I actually own a copy of Resolume I'd like to add my +1 as well. This is one of those features that could be immensely useful, but I imagine it is also a large undertaking to implement a feature like this.
