'Effect parameter Midi Sliders' only work if the EFFECT is dragged in from effect 'GENERATORS' list

Just let it all out, buddy. You're among friends here.

Hi again.

I've noticed that the MIDI "effect parameter SLIDERS" ( 1 to 4) don't work if the effect is triggered by either KEYBOARD or MIDI assignment. (shortcut)

The sliders only work if you DRAG the effect from the GENERATOR list onto your clip. Not very practical imo.

Would be fantastic if you could use the 'effect parameter sliders' no matter how you brought in an effect, wheather that be by Keyboard shortcut, midi shortcut or DRAG (which btw works)

Can someone test this on there set-up and confirm this problem for me ?

Cheers :)

Okay just realised you can use the assigned sliders for (effect parameter) when the effect is applied to the active channel with E.G: CTRL+Shortcut key.

The sliders don't work if the effect is applied to Final output only.

I'll post again if i make any other discoveries. hehe

Hi Ger,
you can assign midi controllers to the effect params of the active layer (read channel) or layer1,2,3 or you can assign controllers to the global output params.

in this way you can have different controllers for all active effects...

hope this helps..
