How to set Avenue to non-listed resolutions?

Evening all, just wondering how to set RA3 to a non-listed resolution?

I have a media server with three outputs that I'd like to use at 1920x1080 spanned for architectural projection, but there's no 5760x1080 option available, so I'm open to suggestions.

I've also got a laptop with a Matrox Dual Head 2 Go, which I'd like to be able to use at 2048x768, but again that's an unsupported resolution.

What do you guys do to span multiple projectors at resolutions higher than 800x600?

you can enter resolutions manualy, but avenue wont go above 4096 pixels
