Hello,
I need to know how can you do direct cuts with Resolume?
1. From one layer to another,
lets say layer 3 to layer 2 without any trasparent parts, and without having a fade in.
2. From A to B
without the slide having this crossfading time?
Like a direct cut or direct take, they use to call it in the old mixers...
Hope you can help me,
thank you

Hi Media Selectah....
there a some ways to get a direct take....from one to another layer
1. Use the Bypass button or the solobutton
2. Use a external controller to send a opacityvalue 0% or 100% for the upper layer
3. Click inside an empty clipfield in the upper layer so that the lower layer gets visible
4. Use your mouse
very very fast!

Using MIDI or OSC to set the crossfader to A or B immediately.
