Sync recorded video to audio

Hello,

i am in progress to make Vj Clips with Resolume to play it with my scratch live video sl.
For this i have to match the audio and videoclips in imovie that the are 100% in sync.
My problem is when i record them to the sound in resolume they are sync if i take the recorded video and the original audio clip in imove i allways have to pitch them again and this cost me a lot of work.
Is there anything i can do to record it with the correct tempo?

i think the problem is the record function.
it doesn't record in a stable framerate, so the "timecode" is not really useable.

record function is more for video-loop sampling, but not really to produce footage.
otherwise you are able to record audio and video with the function... problem is the non-fixed framerate, which hopefully runs better in future versions.

The Best result in quality/sync is if you record your output with other devices.
and maybe screen capture tools can also do the job?
