HOW TO : 2 Projector using 2 different mask on 1 Computer

Post by brick109 »

Im new with this software, I already read the how to and the manual but I seem cant find way to do this.

I have to projectors at my club running from 2 different computers, my question is.
Is it possible for me to only use one computer to output 2 projection that having the same visual using
2 different mask.

My 2 desktop and 2 monitors really took so much space at my lighting console area, please advise.

Thanks

What you do is create a single composition that is wide enough for both projectors. Providing you have the video cards, or a dual-head from Matrox, Resolume will split it to the two projectors.

Then you work on each half of the composition for each projector. Just build up layers and mask images, but splitting the comp down the middle. To the projectors (and the viewers), it will just look like they are getting their own image, only you will know that it is one big composition. Follow?
