Live vs. Traktor

I'm putting together this show that will run for the first time later this month. I've been a user of Ableton Live Suite for a long time, have an APC40, etc. Love it. On my desk. But for my show it seems like it will want too much of the attention I need to pay to my screens. This weekend, I had a go with Traktor, and was really pleased with it, particularly it handing BPM off to Resolume essentially transparently... tracks change, BPM updates.

I bought it, a Native-Instruments Audio 6, and a Kontrol X1 to see how that might make life a little simpler. I'm not positive I'll go that way, but I have to try it out.

It also means I have to write my own system control applications (time-sync'd PTZ camera, etc.) in something besides MAX for Live, but I'm not crazy about MAX anyway.

While it seems like Live may be the dominant audio partner for Resolume, I'm wondering if anyone else has selected Traktor Pro in combination with Resolume (on the same machine) for their shows?
