It should.

I have the exact same card on my Windows 7 laptop.

If it doesn't work blame Apple.

On Windows I had to set Resolume to run on the AMD Radeon HD 6770M in AMD Catalyst Control Center.
As on this laptop it is switchable between the (internal)Intel and (dedicated) AMD 6770M.

I don't know if it is similar with the MacBook. Haven't toshed this laptop yet so, I can't confirm that Resolume does work on it. But it should.
