User Interface is Slowing down in 4.0
Big Problem: The UI is slowing down and not reacting. After about 30mins of running Avenue 4.0 the UI is acting with serious delay. Sometimes I have to wait about 5 mins for a reaction. I tried it on 3 different computers, so i think its a Bug of Avenue and not a Hardware Problem. Any Solutions ? Tried it with Avenue AND Arena. Same Problem.

There are a few scattered report of this happening, and we're taking it very seriously and have been testing a lot for it. Unfortunately we haven't come across it on any of our testing machines.
It would be a great help if you could point us in the right direction by letting us know how you're using Resolume when this happens? For instance does it also occur when you leave it running a single clip for half an hour, or even without a clip? Are you using any external interfaces? Pictures or videos, and in what codec? Really any info helps in cases like these.

Similar Story for me.
Mine is like a build up of delay on my MIDI controller messages.
Works OK for 20mins or so but then becomes very laggy picking up the signals from 2 different types of controller.
Gets to the point where if you move your crossfader/t-bar back and forth for 10 sec it will carry on moving for 30 seconds after you've stopped.
I only started getting the problem once my composition was over a certain size though, no troubles til i had 10 decks or so.
I had to quickly rebuild everything in R3 for a gig that night.
I'd love to have a usable version of Arena soon, because I agreed to some projection mapping work when I bought it back in October, thinking I'd have got the hang of it by March.

Re: User Interface is Slowing down in 4.0
I tried it on several machines in different circumstances. One Machine is controlled by a usb Touchscreen (only Clip Selection or Columns). The Other one by an Edirol Um-2 Midiinterface connected to a Netzteil Controller and a Soundbite Micro for Midiclock. Last one i tried: Only Mouse and Keyboard connected. I´ll need some days to get further Information, cause the machines are spread in different locations......
