[FIXED] unable register resolume 4

Hi
I have a show today
I unregisted resolume on my house computer
to register on the computer i use at the show location.

wen i try to resiter resolume i got a message
"The serial is registered too many times. Please contact mail@resolume.com"

so i send a email to mail@resolume.com.
i also try register it again on my house computer to bring then to my show location
but i get the same regitrattion error.

I try to call resolume from the canada at this phone number 011 31 70 322 5798
but there no answer.

I really dont know what to do :?: , my show is at 20h (UTC-5:00) in Montreal.

i look if previous version was registred on my house computer of resolule 4.0, 4 beta 2 4 beta 1 all
unregisted :?

sorry to hear :( so whats it saying? invalid serial or are you not able to register it online?

I've resolve this problem with Resolume's team advices :
They send me this mail :

"Hi,

This apparently happens to some users that had previously registered
the beta. It's best to unregister both (even if they are not
registered, it's good to make sure).

Then delete all folders containing the release or beta version.

Then delete the registration files found in:
Mac: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Resolume Avenue 4/
PC: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Resolume Avenue 4\
Win7: C:\Users\All Users\Resolume Avenue 4\

After this download the latest version from our website and
re-register Arena release build only and you should be good to go.

Let us know if that works for you.
