Black Magic Intensity Shuttle, omg plz help.

Hiya guys,

Am having a few issues with my black magic usb3 shuttle getting video to show up in arena or avenue.
I have the correct usb drivers and am able to capture 720p hdmi (non hdcp) into the black magic media express software but alas am having no such success with arena or avenue.
arena can identify the shuttle and shows up in the sources tab, I am then able to drag it into a clip slot and run it but nothing but black is output.
also i have tried to capture the stream and record it to a file (avi motionjpeg) but avenue or arena will not accept this file in a clip slot.
am i missing some crucial setting or something ? this is rly driving me up the wall.
my lappy is a sager np7280 running 64bit 7

your help with my issue is appreciated.

Have you set the Shuttle to look at the correct input in Resolume?

Are you talking about the 'when not playing video, send:' setting ???, I can see this setting in the bmd control panel all greyed out when the shuttle is not plugged in.
unfortunately i am unable to find any not able to change this setting and when i do plug the shuttle in the control panel changes its options of settings and i cannot for the life of me find a setting that can point the shuttle at resolume.
what version of the bmd software is recommended ?
or am i still missing something ??
i spent 4 hours last night reinstalling, trying different settings and googling my tits off to no avail ....PLZ HELP.
i took a pic of my bmd control panel with the shuttle plugged in and without the shuttle plugged in and have attatched below.

haha, no worries man, the settings for my shuttle inside of resolume were totally different from the the settings you have in your picture.
i reinstalled arena, found the settings and voila it's working !!!!it's working !!!! soooooooo freeekin happy right now.
this was one of the final pieces of the puzzle for me, thanks for all your help goto10, you're a gem.
i will be studying at your local sae next year and am looking forward to meeting you guys n pickin your brains when I'm in town.
