resolume 4 don't recognize my quick time version

Hello
i have some trouble with resolume 4
first when i try to record a video, it tell me that my quick time version is not installed.
second (i don't know if is the same cause) when i give a time for transition between 2 clips the fade out is always cut.

have you checked to make sure its all up to date?

hmmm thats strange, whats platform are you on? Mac, Pc? Ive never heard of this problem before. Are you recording within resolume? I mean to the disk?

ah, so do you have a video source coming into resolume and then are you trying to record via resolume? or are you recording to an external output?

is it possible to repair the installtion? if so have you tried this. I am Mac based by the way. I find it really strange and im a little stumped.

There is a bug with Resolume not recognizing Quicktime for recording, even though it is installed. We haven't had many reports of it, and we can't seem to recreate it on our test setups. I have a hunch it's related to the OS being in an other language. Is this the case for you?
