where+how to start?

hello!
i like this resolume thing a lot and plugins are great too... they saved lots of work for me... but the only problem is that i'm running out of ideas with limited plugins in my directory. so im wondering how to make my own plugin? where to start? which programs should i use? i will appreciate any help

If you are talking about the freeframe plugins. You can find al the info you need at http://www.freeframe.org.
I thought they made it in Delphi or C++, but all
that including sourcefiles you can find at the freeframe
website.
