Recording clip ?

Post by osmoz »

Hello everyone,
I encounter a trouble recording clip on Resolume 3 and 4. I do not encounter any particular problems during the installation clips and decks, or when I play live, but when I want to save a clip, I fall to less than 10 fps. I use the same configuration and same codecs on my old pc with whom I no difficulties. I tried searching for similar concerns on the forum but without success, so I am appealing to those who had the same problem!
Thanks a lot

Can you be a bit more specific about your previous and current setup, and the codec you are using?

What happens when you try to record with only the demo clips at 640x480 resolution?

No, it does not work either I spend from 65 to 37 and 12 fps: ( I really do not understand. I must move on mac but not until next month, we have a big performance last weekend in June, and as I would not be on my pc, I wanted to record some clips / effects ....
I also reinstalled windows once, without success, and I also uninstall and reinstall the codecs by changing their order has any chance, what I find strange is that it does the same thing all my clips, which yet not all encode the same way.

Could you use activity monitor to see if there are any peaks in the disk access when you enter recording mode?
