Same layer blend mode different in RA4 than in RA3

Hello!

I got a Problem. When importing my Composition from RA3 to RA4 i noticed that they look quite different now.
I often used the "Difference" layer blending mode, and it seems to work completely different than in RA3.
In RA3 it worked just perfect and exactly like in After Effects or Photoshop, but now its totally strange somehow.
I really used it often and the new difference mode is making me crazy. I really would love to use RA4 since it is really good otherwise, but i just cant use my whole work i made with RA3...

Heres the "difference":

(The Example is not very good by the way, damn Should have chosen a different one :/)

With the old "difference" you could make really beautiful pictures, but and its kinda boring somehow.
Is there anything im doing wrong?
How can i get back the old one!!???????

Could you send us the videos you took these screenshots with? We've tried it with our test material, but we're getting identical results in R4 and R3.

Okay i didn't think it could be about the material itself... i will try different video material and render the old stuff again, and i will try different codecs... maybe i can get som information about whats going on.
I will write back soon.
