ah, I see it is a problem with the »composition preferences« dialog. the text-boxes for name, description and size already have a lighter bg-color. could you just darken that up a bit. I found myself double clicking on the resolution especially more often than I thought was necessary because I thought the number wasn't selected to just type and replace it. I know it is not a big deal but something that really bugs me a lot … if you got time

I see what you mean. The reason I click on the slider is often to bring up the arrow-dialog to dial in the values I am looking for. So maybe being able to click into the value field left to the slider and changing the values via the arrow keys on the keyboard is what I am looking for. and by increments of 10 with the shift-key pressed just like in other apps. call it a feature-request
