swf. to ??? converter

Are there any programs that will let you convert a swf. file to a mov., avi., wma., or whatever? If there is, please email me and let me know. It will be very helpful.

open your swf with quicktime, then go file -> export and set your preferences....

u can import it in flash aswell...
and than export as avi or whatever

even easier - do it in Resolume!
load your flash clip -> trigger it -> press record
voila, flash to uncompressed avi (very clean!)
