MIDI Mapping key input on Channel and Note/CC field

Post by Tschoepler »

Hey,

I am a huge fan of typing first letters to jump through lists as in the file browser. I just realized this is not working on the menus for picking the channel and note or CC when in MIDI mapping mode.

On the channels and CCs I guess it is pretty straight forward to implement. On the notes I was wondering if it was possible to make it jump to c1, c2, c3, etc. when pressing 1, 2 or 3 on the keyboard? I was just wondering because I made some quick tests without a MIDI device near and setting up something in MAX wouldn't have been practical. So I had to scroll more than I thought I'd have to. Thanks for reading ; ]
