hi jazon,

as you know you have a 15 days trial period. You should use this period to see if you like resolume and to see if you experience any bugs. If you do experience any bugs please let us know and we will help you fix them.

I use resolume for more than 2 years :
and I will buy my upgrade to version 2, because:

1. all bugs found are fixed. (if you find more bugs, inform bart about it.)

2. all the modifications requests are deeply analyse,
and the version 2 will have all the missing option that i need. (if you need more send your request)

3. Reolume is becoming better and better each time that a new version is out.

4. the upgrade for 99euros is a good price... did not find cheaper price with competitors.

I'll be quite happy to upgrade, but not all the bugs were fixed, i can think of at least 2 that effect me everytime I use it, Im just hoping they have been fixed in V2, otherwise I'll be an unhappy kitty!
cant wait to find out...

Jazon... I don't get your point here.. where is your constructicve criticism? Bug is so... none precise... give them some real input about your bug with your computer setup (what is your video card + cpu + ram setup) What is the routine that make appear your bug.. and what could be your vision to fixe or make resolume a better product... that would be a real constructive critism... right ?

Be rigourus and professionnal in your approach and everyone will get some benefit of your constructive cristism...

Respect to RESOLUME CREW... you make our VJ performance a breeze and creative. Thks.

come on resolume+freeframe+midi=goodtimes
man sometimes i go to do stuff in aftereffects and end up doing it in resolume, the workflow speed's up
i am almost more use to working with a "realtime"
program than waiting to render.
my 2 cents
thanks bart & ed
peace

Jazon-

While it might make you happy in the short term to get a free upgrade, how do you expect Bart and Eddie to feed themselves while they fix bugs and build new features?

As Bart mentions, you had the chance to fully test the software before you parted with money - you should have known about the issues.

Have you given Bart and Eddie full details of the problems you have had? If not then you have no right to complain - developers rely on us to help them find bugs.

Resolume is a bargain - there isn't anything else that will do the job at comparable price.

btw, what's this 'no text' bug?

Dan.
