Live Typing

Does anyone know how to get live typing on Resolume (or another software) that can be displayed above all layers? I have some flash files that allows you to type a sentence, hit enter, then it looks like your typing for you. I'm trying to find something that displays text in real time. Thanks!

i think with flash it won't be possible (i don't think you can change the update-behaviour)....
maybe quartz on osx can do this....

prerendering videos in other software sounds not like a good solution, as long as it has to be realtime.
