R4 Suggestions

Based on a week's use of R4 at a live event, there are a few tweaks and features I would have found useful (unless I've missed them?):

* Rename Columns
* Drag to rearrange Columns
* An easier way to scroll horizontally in a large deck e.g. Ctrl+Mousewheel
* A toggle to turn layer transitions on and off for a layer (to flip between hard cut and transition mode quickly)
* Numerical readout of transition time

Apart from a single crash when switching decks one time, it all went off pretty well.

I use magic mouse on a MBP, and the side to side scroll is awesome!

Magic mouse on a windows box does what your looking for as well!
