multiple soundcard inputs and outputs
multiple soundcard inputs and outputs
It would be great if Resolume worked with multiple channel soundcards for both input and output of sound making it a truly versatile AV tool. I know I can use two channels for monitoring and output but it would be great if I could for example set sound reaction of different layers to different inputs. Similarly it would be great to be able to output the audio from each layer on a different soundcard channel.
Re: multiple soundcard inputs and outputs
yeah Def, Already been requested i think. This would be really great for AV.
Any chance of this in the future?

Re: multiple soundcard inputs and outputs
+1 as I have also requested this previously.
this would take Resolume to a new level for AV performance and it would make Resolume the top software for such a thing.

Hi,
I'm in the process of evaluating and testing Arena before buying several licences. I'm working on a large venue show featuring surround sound. Ther will be two machines running arena which will be synced with smpte. So on the master machine there will be 3 HD DXV's and a SMPTE track to sync the slave machine running another 3 HD DXV's feeding a total of 6 HD projectors. In our case multitrack output would be really great for our setup. With multi out we don't need an extra machine. Or if we want to get more performance, with an extra license we could have one Arena dedicated for only the audio part following the program changes and cues. We actually need it asap asap asap asap...

If you need surround sound ASAP. Encode you audio to ProLogic. Which is a stereo track that decodes to 5.1 with a decoder.
Re: multiple soundcard inputs and outputs
