Hi everyone,
We´re having some issues trying to capture video output from Maclaptop (test mode) in Windows 7 with the Black Magic Intensity Pro video card.
Even if all drivers are upgraded and the latest version installed,
there´s no way to get signal trough the video card.
An error message is also showed everytime we open Resolume Arena with the card plugged:
"Your videocard appears to have unsufficient specs to run this application!"
Strange, anyone knows what could be the prob?
Thanks in advance for the attention, hope to fix this.
best,
Massimiliano

Are you trying to use the BM card as an input or output? Currently, Resolume can only use BM devices as inputs, not outputs.

Re: Issue between Resolume Arena 4 and BM Intensity Pro
Don't use newest version of Desktop Video. Last stable version for most BM devices 9.7.0
Sometimes, depending on chipset of motherboard, you have to use DV 9.6.8
I still can't use anything above 9.7 on any machine (Mac or PC) with Ultra Studio SDI, Intensity Pro or Decklink.
I had this going for a whole show tonight, with no noticeable latency
MBP-R (HDMI out) -> Intensity Pro (HDMI in) -> Arena 4.1.6 Win7 (using Desktop Video 9.7
Macbook sends out 1080i @60, check deinterlace.
