Midi Sync with a DJ

I'm trying to perform a set in sync with a DJ using Traktor: has anyone done this before or know how to do it?

The DJ can output midi and I understand that Resolume can receive midi through a networked wifi connection (right?). I searched but couldn't find any info on this!

tap tempo or wavesum will work better than trying to do anything with midi
