Avenue start up problem.... Windows 8 Main Screen

Hi all

I keep getting this problem when starting up Avenue on Windows 8... Part of the main screen is inaccessible. Second screen is fine. Any ideas what it is? A restart of the PC usually fixes it, but it's a pain.... N

I'm not sure but is the windowed display on by any chance? Try Ctrl+Shift+D once when u get this black screen

My guess as well would be that that's either the Windowed Output or the secondary display output. This can happen when the secondary display settings get changed.

Click on it to bring it in focus and then press CTLR-SHIFT-D as mentioned.
