I checked it and i dint found any autopilot setting to switch between layers.
If u cant put all in one layer ( what i guess is not possible becouse you use more then 1 projector) then u need to be a vj -> and not a guy hitting play at the beginning

If you really really want to do something like this, you can make it work:
- Duplicate each clip in each layer. So every column has three identical copies of the clip running.
- Turn down the opacity on the clip level for each clip you don't need in that column.
This will make only the clip visible in the layer that you need it in, while the autopilot still advances for every layer.
