WIN 7 - Routing MIDI from Traktor to Avenue 4.1.4

Do you know how to pass MIDI through Traktor 2 to Resolume Ave 4.1.4? So mappings can be made inside both apps to the same physical controls?? Not the clock, but rather the controller data?

I want to tie audio and video together using a Hercules DJ Console Rmx that I currently use for DJing only.

I see references to a port type "Traktor Virtual Output", but it seems that only Macs have this option :[

Currently using loopMIDI to pass the clock from Traktor to Avenue, works OK. Can send controller data from Avenue to Traktor OK. CANNOT send controller data from Traktor to Avenue :[
